Our top tips when in Slovenia

  • Visit Bled lake, the Alpine pearl, located in the heart of Julian Alps. Take traditional “pletna” boat to the island in the middle of the lake and ring the bell three times for all of your wishes to come true. Take a walk around the lake and reward yourself with the traditional “kremšnita” cake.

  • Visit Ljubljana and discover all the hidden spots in the city with a local guide. Finish the tour up the hill at Ljubljana castle and admire the sunset from the old castle walls.

  • Cycle around the countryside, meet the friendly locals and learn all about the traditions from centuries ago.

  • Swim in the Adriatic Sea in the morning, followed by a vintage ride in the Istrian countryside and discover, how the best olive oil and wine is being made. Finish your day with a romantic picnic among the olive trees.
